1.What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how it’s used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels.

2.Cookies we use

Essential — needed for the site to function, such as security, sessions, your cart and checkout. These can’t be switched off.
Requested offer claim: legoland_offer_claim_v1 holds a random private identifier so we can recognise your saved claim and fill in your checkout details. The cookie contains no name, email or phone. It lasts up to seven days and expires sooner if the campaign ends. Saving a claim does not lock a price.
Preferences: remember your currency, language, booking draft and analytics choice. Local storage also remembers a dismissed offer invitation for seven days.
Optional analytics: Google Analytics loads only after you choose Accept analytics. It measures visits and ticket-purchase events. You can choose No thanks and still buy tickets or claim an offer. This storefront does not use Microsoft Clarity session recordings.

3.Managing cookies

Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of this page to accept or refuse optional analytics. Refusing analytics does not affect your tickets, price or saved offer claim.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

Offer-reminder emails are a separate choice. Ticking the reminder box does not enable analytics. You can stop reminders with the unsubscribe link in an email.

Your analytics choice is saved in this browser. A different browser or device may ask again. If local storage is blocked, the choice lasts for the current visit.

4.Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by the third-party services described in our Privacy Policy (such as our payment, analytics and email providers). Their use of data is governed by their own policies.

5.Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our tools change. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
